Director of Procurement & Operations – MENTEE

MENTEE is looking for an experienced Director of Procurement & Operations that will be responsible of Mentee Operation that will include establish and lead the company’s procurement. This is a unique opportunity to build procurement processes from the ground up while supporting the company’s growth and scaling activities. The role includes not only procurement leadership but also broader supply chain involvement, working closely with internal teams and strategic partners to ensure operational readiness. A key challenge of the role will be supporting the transition from NPI (New Product Introduction) to HVM (High Volume Manufacturing). This is an individual contributor role with end‑to‑end responsibility for procurement activities and close collaboration with Mobileye, including matrix reporting. This position requires working onsite from Mentee's Herzliya offices 5 days per week.
