Senior User Acquisition Manager

ABOUT THE TEAM You'll be joining a tight-knit growth team where acquisition, retention, product and product marketing work in close sync. We're hiring a Senior Acquisition Manager to join our team and drive user acquisition across search, social, and display, with real budgets and real room to test. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Run PPC campaigns across search, social, and display (Google, Meta, and beyond). - Manage large, multichannel budgets and optimize for performance across platforms. - Brief and iterate on creative, working closely with design to keep ad content fresh and performing. - Work with data and analytics to track results, spot trends, and inform decisions. - Test and iterate on targeting, creative, and bidding strategy. - Collaborate across marketing, growth, product, design, and retention to keep the full funnel aligned. - Partner with the growth team on channel strategy. WHAT YOU BRING - Hands-on PPC experience across search, social, and display, ideally across multiple ad platforms. - Experience managing large budgets across multiple channels. - A good eye for creative- comfortable briefing, reviewing, and iterating on ad content. - Comfort working with data and performance analytics tools. - Experience collaborating across teams- marketing, growth, product, design, retention. - Consumer, DTC, or B2C experience, specifically from brand companies - an advantage.
