Technical Product Manager - Video Surveillance

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Product Manager to lead Video Solutions portfolio. This role is responsible for managing the full product lifecycle, from market research and product definition through development, launch, and ongoing support. The Product Manager will play a key role in shaping the company’s strategy in the video surveillance domain and smart security domain, working closely with R&D, sales, marketing, and global customers. Key Responsibilities Define and drive the product strategy for RISCO’s video surveillance systems solutions portfolio. Collect and analyze customer and market requirements, translating them into product specifications and development priorities. Act as the main interface between R&D, engineering, manufacturing, and service teams. Support global sales teams with product expertise, training, and technical presentations. Conduct competitive analysis and monitor industry trends video surveillance technologies Lead new product introductions, including go-to-market strategy, pricing, positioning, and sales enablement. Manage the product lifecycle, ensuring continuous improvements and updates aligned with market needs.
