Junior FullStack Developer

COPERATO A leading software company in the telecommunication industry based in Haifa, is looking for a Junior Fullstack Developer who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about building robust web applications. You'll work across our entire tech stack, contributing to both frontend and backend development while leveraging modern AI-powered development tools to amplify your productivity. What You'll Do - Build and maintain full-stack web applications using PHP, Node.js, React, and Vue.js - Design and optimize MySQL database schemas and queries - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features from concept to production - Leverage AI coding tools (especially Claude Code) to accelerate development and solve complex problems - Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving our development practices - Take ownership of features and see them through to completion Must Have: - 2-3 years of professional development experience - Strong proficiency in PHP and Node.js - Frontend experience with React and/or Vue.js - Solid understanding of MySQL database design and optimization - Experience with or strong interest in AI-powered coding tools (Claude Code) - Understanding of RESTful APIs and modern web architecture - Version control with Git Nice to Have: - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines - Knowledge of testing frameworks (PHPUnit, Jest, etc.) - Cloud platform experience (AWS, GCP) Who You Are - Flexible – You adapt quickly to changing priorities and aren't afraid to work across different parts of the stack - Curious – You love learning new technologies and aren't satisfied with just making things work; you want to understand why they work - A Team Player – You collaborate effectively, communicate clearly, and believe the best solutions come from working together - A Problem Solver – You don't just identify issues; you roll up your sleeves and figure out solutions - Results-Driven – You're the person who gets things done.
