Backend Team Leader/Senior Backend Engineer

Senior Backend Engineer 5+ years of hands-on experience with one or more of the following languages: Go / Java / C# / Python/Node.js etc. Prior experience with Cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and working in microservices distributed environments (Docker, Kubernetes) Experience with Linux Startup mentality: high pace, dynamically changing tasks and priorities Plans & executes independently as well as acting as a strong team player ***** Platform Team Lead 3+ years of experience as a team leader in a product-oriented R&D organization 6+ years of hands-on Python development experience Strong background designing and operating distributed systems and microservices in production Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker in production environments Solid working knowledge of GCP (or equivalent cloud) — Cloud Run, BigQuery, GCS, IAM Experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines in a microservices / mono repo environment Experience with Airflow or similar orchestration frameworks Proven ability to balance hands-on contribution with team leadership at ~50/50 R&D Backend Team Lead ? 5+ years of backend engineering experience, building and operating production-grade systems. 2+ years of engineering leadership experience, managing and mentoring developers. Strong experience in designing scalable, distributed backend systems (microservices, event-driven architecture, etc.). Proven ability to work on high-scale, data-intensive systems — with a focus on performance and reliability. Hands-on experience with cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure) and modern backend technologies. Strong understanding of system design, data flows, and service architecture (not just pipelines). Experience working with complex domains and messy real-world data — advantage.
