GTAI is the economic development agency of Germany, promoting its strengths as a business location. *Lead GTAI’s Israel office for 5 years, working closely with a local employee *Be a trusted advisor and deal driver from first contact to project realization *Drive a focused acquisition strategy targeting Israeli companies planning new market entries *Build and expand a high-level network across Israel’s innovation ecosystem *Build a strong pipeline through proactive outreach, business development, tailored greenfield in-vestment cases with a responsibility for generating greenfield investments in Germany *Engage decision-makers in companies, promote Germany as a business location from HQs to R&D hubs and production sites *Identify key industries and high-potential firms expanding to Europe with Germany as the entry point *Manage end-to-end investor journeys via CRM tools, ensuring conversion to established operations *Deliver impactful campaigns and events, contribute to publications *Academic degree (Master’s, Diploma or comparable) with strong business or economic focus (MBA or equivalent) *Experience in sales, business development, or investor acquisition, ideally in greenfield investments or international expansion *Deep understanding of Israel’s business landscape and the Israeli-German relationship *Proactive mindset with ability to originate opportunities and close new market entry projects *Strong commercial acumen, experience in strategy development for companies/business sectors *Network with senior decision-makers is a strong advantage *Excellent presentation, negotiation and networking skills *Business-fluent English and Hebrew; German is a plus *Entrepreneurial, resilient, and results-driven with strong execution focus *Project management experience *Experience with CRM, digital tools, and AI-supported research
