Responsibilities: Own End to-End Delivery: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to architect, build, and deploy high-impact features and system enhancements from concept to production. Write Production-Grade Code: Develop clean, highly efficient, and reusable code across the entire stack, setting a benchmark for code quality and maintainability. Drive Software Excellence: Establish robust testing patterns (unit, integration, E2E) and spearhead troubleshooting to guarantee zero-downtime and high-quality releases. Optimize for Scale: Proactively monitor, debug, and optimize application performance and database queries to ensure maximum reliability and scalability for a rapidly growing user base. 5+ years of professional software development experience in full-stack environments Strong proficiency in server-side languages/environments: .Net Core, Node.js, Python Vast experience in modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks: React, Next.js, Angular, or Vue.js), state management and responsive CSS methodologies Proven experience leveraging AI coding assistants Claude / Cursor / Copilot to accelerate development velocity and automate routine coding tasks. Proven experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB), including database design and query optimization Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and automated CI/CD pipelines.
