What Data Leads do at Simply: We are looking for a Data Lead to own end-to-end data-driven business and product analysis. The Product Data Lead impacts all data aspects of the product teams (Data Modeling, Analytics, Tests, Visualization, Data engineering, ML), influencing critical product decisions. Who you are: • You have product understanding and orientation • You thrive in ambiguity • You turn unstructured reality into actionable models • You are excited when learning something new and applying it • An amazing people-person and team player • You do not shy away from accountability What you’ve done: - 4+ years of experience as a product analyst or any similar role - MUST - SQL master with experience in data modeling - Proficient in Python, R or other scripting languages - Worked with data visualization software (Tableau, Redash, Power BI, etc.) - University graduate in a quantitative field - Conducted user segmentation / churn prediction / funnel optimization in a production environment
