CRM Project Manager

abra SAP Department is seeking for an experienced CRM/ERP Implementer & Project Manager. We are looking for a skilled SAP CRM Implementer & Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end CRM projects, from initial setup and requirements gathering through implementation, go-live, and ongoing support. This role requires strong CRM/ERP implementation expertise, proven project management experience, and the ability to lead projects from scratch, including requirements analysis, specification writing, client presentations, and coordination of multiple stakeholders. A full-time, hybrid position, based in Central Israel. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end CRM projects from the initial setup and planning stages through implementation and go-live. Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions. Write functional specifications and define project scope, processes, and deliverables. Manage project timelines, tasks, stakeholders, development teams, testing, implementation, and go-live activities. Present solutions, project progress, and deliverables to customers and key stakeholders. At least 5 years of experience in CRM/ERP implementation – required. Proven experience in project management, including leading projects from the initial setup stage – required. Experience in writing functional specifications and defining business requirements – required. Experience with SAP – an advantage. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Personality requirements Strong ownership and ability to lead processes independently.
