We are experiencing sky-rocketing growth and closed a historically large $96M Series B round in July of 2025 . We are looking for a capable and versatile Executive Assistant to become a trusted right hand to the CEO . This role is suited to someone who learns quickly, handles changing priorities confidently, and enjoys taking responsibility for a wide range of professional and personal matters. This is a full-time, hybrid position combining remote and office-based work, with working hours generally spanning from noon to evening and occasional flexibility outside these hours. Responsibilities: Manage the CEO’s calendar, communications, meetings, and daily priorities. Coordinate professional and personal arrangements, including travel, reservations, and logistics. Prepare documents, presentations, reports, and meeting materials. Summarize meetings and derive clear action items and follow-ups. Coordinate and follow up with employees, customers, suppliers, and external partners. Track tasks and action items, ensuring they are completed on schedule. Anticipate needs, solve problems, and take ownership of changing tasks and projects. Handle sensitive professional and personal information with complete discretion. Experience managing schedules, logistics, projects, operations, or multiple stakeholders in a demanding environment. Native-level or fully fluent English and Hebrew is essential. Highly organized, reliable, and attentive to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Curious, adaptable, and able to learn quickly. Calm and effective in fast-paced or changing situations. Proactive, independent, and willing to take on new and unfamiliar tasks. Able to manage multiple priorities and follow tasks through to completion. Flexible and available to work primarily from noon into the evening . Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common digital productivity tools. Availability for a full-time, hybrid position, with working hours generally spanning from noon into the evening to support ongoing communication with English-speaking stakeholders, and occasional flexibility outside these hours.
