Project Manager & System Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Systems Analysis to lead end-to-end technology projects. This role combines business and technical leadership, close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, translating business needs into innovative solutions, and delivering high-impact projects across the organization. What You'll Do Lead end-to-end technology project s, from requirements gathering through analysis, development, testing, and production deployment. Manage and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, including Business, Development, QA, Architecture, and Information Security teams. Lead business and technical processes , gathering and translating business requirements into technology solutions. Lead systems analysis and specification for Web, Mobile, Back Office systems, and integrations. Manage project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies while ensuring successful delivery. Lead integrations with core financial systems, payment providers, and external partners in Microservices environments. Leverage AI tools to improve project management, analysis, and documentation processes. Qualifications 4+ years of experience managing technology projects in digital environments - Must Experience leading end-to-end technology projects and managing business and technical stakeholders - Must Experience in Banking Systems, Payments & Clearing, Digital Wallets, Money Transfers, Open Banking, or FinTech - Must Experience with APIs (REST, JSON, Swagger/OpenAPI), SQL, and Microservices architecture - Must Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools - Must Hands-on experience in Systems Analysis , including Web & Mobile systems analysis and complex business process analysis - Advantage Familiarity with information security standards and AI tools - Advantage Show more Show less
