Description
A global Food-Tech company is looking for an experienced, hands-on QA Team Lead to lead their QA team of Automation Developers and Manual QA Engineers, drive their testing strategy, and continuously improve product quality. Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Automation Developers and Manual QA Engineers. Implement and drive AI-driven QA processes, integrating AI tools into testing, automation, test creation, analysis, and day-to-day QA workflows. Own the QA strategy, processes, and quality standards across the product lifecycle. Plan and oversee manual and automated testing across web, mobile, APIs, and microservices. Drive the development and maintenance of scalable automation frameworks using Python, Pytest, and Playwright. Work closely with Development, Product, and DevOps teams to ensure quality and release readiness. Analyze defects, test results, and quality metrics to identify risks and continuously improve testing effectiveness. Own and improve QA-related CI/CD processes and test environments. Requirements: Requirements 5+ years of experience in Software QA, including manual and automation testing. Previous experience leading or mentoring QA teams. Strong hands-on experience in QA automation development. Strong proficiency in Python and Pytest. Experience with Playwright or similar automation frameworks. Proven experience implementing and using AI-driven processes and tools within QA workflows. Strong understanding of testing methodologies, test design, and QA best practices. Experience testing web applications, APIs, microservices, end-to-end systems, and on-premises environments. Experience with AWS, Docker, and CI/CD tools such as CircleCI.
