Senior DevOps Engineer (Azure | Kubernetes | Python | React)

About the Role We're looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to help build, scale, and optimize our cloud-native platform on Microsoft Azure . In this hands-on role, you'll work closely with our Python and React engineering teams to automate infrastructure, streamline deployments, enhance security, and ensure high availability and performance across our applications. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about cloud infrastructure, automation, and enabling development teams to deliver faster and more reliably. What You'll Do Design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure on Microsoft Azure . Create and manage CI/CD pipelines for Python and React applications. Automate infrastructure using Terraform, Bicep , or similar IaC tools. Manage containerized workloads with Docker and Kubernetes (AKS preferred) . Implement monitoring, logging, observability, and alerting solutions. Improve platform reliability, scalability, performance, and security. Collaborate with developers to optimize engineering workflows and release processes. Support production environments and contribute to incident response and resolution. Champion DevOps best practices across the engineering organization. What You'll Bring 4+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) . Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Kubernetes . Expertise in Docker , containerization, and cloud-native technologies. Experience building CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI , or similar. Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates). Solid Linux administration and troubleshooting skills. Experience supporting Python applications in production environments. Familiarity with deployment workflows for React applications. Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Azure Monitor, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, or Datadog . Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, or PowerShell . Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Nice to Have Experience with AI/ML infrastructure and deployment pipelines. Background in high-growth SaaS environments. Azure certifications . Knowledge of cloud security, compliance, and governance best practices. Experience with microservices architectures .
