Business Intelligence Developer

We’re looking for a hands-on, end-to-end BI Developer to take full ownership of our analytical data layer and BI capabilities! This is not just a "dashboard-only" role — you’ll shape our data architecture, analytical models, metrics, and BI ecosystem from the ground up. 🌟 What You’ll Do: Data & Analytics Engineering: Build and maintain analytical data models, transformations, and scalable ELT/ETL pipelines using SQL and dbt. BI & Insights: Develop intuitive dashboards, establish core KPIs, and translate business requirements into strategic, actionable insights. Integrations: Integrate data from APIs, SDKs, marketing tools, and high-volume external platforms. Business Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to track key metrics (funnels, cohorts, retention, LTV, ROAS, revenue). 🎯 What We’re Looking For: 3-5+ years of experience in BI Development, Analytics Engineering, or a similar data-focused role. Top-notch SQL skills: Complex transformations, data modeling, optimization, and analytical queries. Modern Data Stack Experience: Hands-on experience with dbt, data warehousing (GCP / BigQuery highly preferred), semantic layers, and dashboard tools. Experience working with high-volume transactional data, marketing analytics, attribution, or consumer platforms (B2C / Mobile Apps). Knowledge of Python, data orchestration, or AI-assisted dev tools (e.g., Cursor) — a strong plus! Excellent English and strong cross-functional communication skills. 💡 Why Join Us?
