AI-Driven QA Automation Lead

We are hiring an AI-Driven QA Automation Lead for a financial organization in the Shfela area, focusing on QA and automation for mobile applications and advanced automation infrastructure RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead QA and automation activities for mobile applications in large-scale environments Design and implement automation infrastructures using Cucumber and Gherkin Drive testing processes and provide technical direction across multidisciplinary teams Develop and maintain mobile automation solutions using Appium or Detox Manage quality metrics and support testing activities in React Native environments REQUIREMENTS: 5+ years of experience in manual and automated QA within large organizations and mobile applications 1+ year of experience in a leadership role such as QA Team Lead, Development Team Lead, or Tech Lead 2+ years of experience designing and implementing automation infrastructures with Cucumber and Gherkin 2+ years of experience in mobile automation using Appium or Detox 2+ years of experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Java, including experience working with React Native Show more Show less
