abra professional services is seeking a Salesforce System Analyst & Project Manager! Role Overview: Writing functional specifications / user stories and defining complex processes involving multiple interfaces with financial systems. Delivering effective technical and operational solutions for business requirements. Daily responsibilities include analyzing customer requirements, making professional architecture and implementation decisions alongside relevant stakeholders, and leading the end-to-end design process through to delivery. Managing and leading projects/tasks across the entire project lifecycle. Coordinating and managing cross-functional interfaces with both internal stakeholders and external clients. Ensuring deliverable quality and alignment with core business requirements. A challenging role in a dynamic, high-tech environment. 5+ years of experience in Systems Analysis – Must 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Systems Analyst within enterprise-scale organizations – Must 4+ years of experience in Project Management – Must Experience in systems analysis within financial institutions / financial enterprise environments – Advantage Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud , user management, permission sets/roles, and Flows – Advantage Familiarity with call center, branch, and back-office operational processes – Advantage B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field – Advantage Proven experience managing multiple interfaces, cross-functional teams, and client-facing communication – Advantage
