Strong clean-code practices and adherence to SOLID principles of Object-Oriented Design. Ability to effectively leverage AI-powered development assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor AI) Proven experience with Agile SCRUM methodology. Software Engineering Team Lead 2+ years of experience leading engineering teams or significant cross-service projects. 7+ years of experience building scalable backend systems (APIs, data models, integrations). Strong background in Node.js/Typescript, designing or evolving microservices, and working with cloud-based environments (preferably AWS). Familiarity with NoSQL (e.g. MongoDB), caching (e.g. Redis), and containerization/ orchestration (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes).
