Role Description: Overall management of global supply chain, logistics, and subcontractors (manufacturers) Management of the IT function Management of the Customer Support department Ensuring efficiency and quality of operational processes Achieving business objectives and supporting company growth and organizational strategy Key Responsibilities: Planning and managing finished goods inventory across global logistics centers Meeting customer delivery deadlines Oversight of logistics centers, including continuous improvement of efficiency, response times, and costs Oversight of distribution and transportation operations, ensuring target shipping times and cost optimization Implementation and maintenance of organizational information systems at headquarters and across group companies Responsibility for the company’s IT infrastructure Management of Customer Support and Customer Success operations Building and developing the Customer Services organization
