*** חובה ניסיון בתחום פינטק ! יתרון משמעותי מאוד ליוצאי תעשיית ה-Payments מישהו/י שצמח/ה מתוך חברות Scale-up שיודע/ת איך נראית הצלחה בקצב מהיר ושיש לו/ה ניסיון מוכח בהקמת צוותים ובבניית ארגונים טכנולוגיים תוך כדי גדילה. בין 12 ל-15 שנות ניסיון טכנולוגי לפחת 8 שנות ניסיון בניהול ניסיון מוכח בניהול של לפחות 30 עובדים חובה ניסיון כ-Manager of Managers (ניהול דירקטורים, Group Leads או מנהלי קבוצות) חובה להגיע מחברות Product (סטארטאפים בצמיחה מואצת/יוניקורנים) שעברו Scale ושינויים ארגוניים תחומי אחריות ומיקוד בתפקיד: Team Development: בנייה, קידום ופיתוח של צוותי הפיתוח ושל ההנהגה הטכנולוגית בארגון. Product-Engineering Synergy: יצירת חיבור הדוק, שקיפות ועבודה חלקה וסינרגטית בין ארגון ה-R&D לארגון ה-ProductProcess & Execution: הטמעה וייעול של תהליכי פיתוח, גישור על פערים, ניהול זרימת העבודה (Workflows), והיותו/ה שותף/ה (Partner) אמיתי להנהלת המוצר. 12+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 8+ years in senior R&D leadership roles at high-growth tech companies. Proven track record of managing managers and scaling engineering organizations from dozens to hundreds of engineers. Deep technical background and hands-on experience (in the past) with building large-scale, highly available, distributed systems and microservice architectures. Strong familiarity with our tech stack ecosystem (Node.js/TypeScript, AWS, NoSQL, Kubernetes, Event-driven architecture). Demonstrated experience in hyper-growth startups (B2B SaaS, FinTech, or Gaming infrastructure is a massive advantage). Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and a "get-things-done" startup mentality. Experience dealing with high-volume transactional systems or payment processing platforms - a strong advantage.
