What You'll Do: - Lead end-to-end analysis, functional design, data models (ERDs), and business process flows. - Translate complex business requirements into scalable Dynamics 365 specifications (Entities, Forms, Views, Logic). - Partner with business stakeholders, PMs, and dev teams across multiple business units. - Drive implementation, Power Automate workflows, testing, and continuous system evolution. What We’re Looking For: - 3+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 / CRM cloud platforms – Must. - Hands-on expertise with Model-Driven Apps, Business Rules, Workflows, Plugins, and Rollup/Calculated fields – Must. - Proven ability to design ERDs and process diagrams – Must. - Strong technical English and exceptional analytical/communication skills – Must. - Advantage: Experience with Power Platform, Azure DevOps, Agile, or AI capabilities integration.
