What you’ll do: • Manage and grow global distributor relationships • Open new markets and sales channels • Lead commercial negotiations and drive revenue • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, R&D, and Marketing • Represent the company in international exhibitions and events • Proven experience managing international distributors – must • B2B sales or business development background • Technical/engineering education (B.Sc. or equivalent) • Fluent English and strong commercial instincts • Fluent Spanish Speaker • High motivation and willingness to travel internationally • Experience in industrial/tech products, CRM systems
