Experienced Project Manager

Full responsibility for managing and leading the project through all stages, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and ensuring high construction standards—from the start of on-site work through apartment handover Managing all construction activities while meeting budget and schedule targets Managing the site office and project team, as well as professional consultants and internal and external teams Leading construction meetings, negotiations, and contractual engagements Working with contractors and suppliers, managing agreements, and supervising subcontractors Education: Certified engineer with a B.Sc. in Construction Engineering or Civil Engineering – required Previous experience managing residential construction projects Strong engineering and technical understanding Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Excellent management and organizational skills Strong creativity, analytical and spatial-thinking abilities, with a focus on streamlining processes and providing practical on-site solutions Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, authorities, and clients Results-driven and assertive, with excellent interpersonal skills Strong professional ethics and personal integrity Show more Show less
