Junior Developer – Issue Resolution

Morning is looking for a Junior Developer to resolve ongoing issues across our FinTech system and to take part in ongoing data and monitoring tasks. This role is hands-on execution: you will receive defined issues and take them through to a working solution and release. You'll do this work with our proprietary AI development agents, the main tools for the job: you will use them to work through issues and ship solutions quickly. What You'll Do AI-Powered Issue Resolution: Take defined issues and see them through to a working solution using our proprietary AI development agents- implementation, testing, and release. Data & Monitoring Tasks: Take part in the ongoing data and monitoring tasks that keep our SaaS platform running smoothly. At least one year of actual development experience. Hands-on experience using AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, Gemini, Codex) as part of your regular development workflow- troubleshooting, code generation, and refactoring. Proficiency in a modern frontend framework (Vue, Angular, or React) and solid backend development using TypeScript and Node.js. Data Fluency: Comfortable working hands-on with data, including familiarity with databases and data stores. Data-Driven Decision Making: Able to draw insights and make decisions based on data rather than assumptions. Hands-on experience with one of the major cloud ecosystems (AWS/Azure/GCP), Databricks, Git, GitHub, Jira, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., TeamCity). Basic grasp of software architecture, enough to find your way around microservices and data streams. Experience with monitoring and observability tools, log analysis, automated testing, or performance work.
