Project Manager – Field Support & Technical Customer Services | Yokneam We’re recruiting for one of our clients, a global medical device company based in Yokneam , looking for an experienced Project Manager – Field Support & Technical Customer Services to join its Supply Chain organization. In this role, you’ll lead cross-functional initiatives that improve system availability, service performance, operational efficiency, and cost optimization across a global installed base. What you’ll do: Lead projects to improve field support and service performance Own and optimize RMA & repair processes, including TAT and repeat failures Manage supplier performance and work with global contract manufacturers and repair vendors Ensure critical spare parts availability Lead technical escalations with Engineering and Service teams Drive cost reduction initiatives across repairs, logistics, and parts Develop dashboards and KPIs for service, RMA, and suppliers Identify operational risks and lead mitigation plans Lead operational reviews and supplier meetings What we’re looking for: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Service, or Supply Chain Experience working with contract manufacturers – an advantage Experience in medical devices or complex systems – an advantage Strong project management and execution skills Analytical and data-driven mindset Knowledge of RMA, service operations, and spare parts Strong stakeholder and escalation management skills Proficiency in Excel and SAP/ERP; Power BI – an advantage Location: Yokneam If you’re a hands-on Project Manager who enjoys working across functions, solving complex operational challenges, and driving measurable results — we’d love to hear from you.
