Project Manager | Sharon Area Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring a Project Manager for a leading organization in the Sharon area. The role includes leading technology programs and initiatives from the initial concept through full implementation across the organization, while driving cross-functional collaboration in a global and dynamic environment. Responsibilities: Lead technology programs and initiatives from concept through full organizational implementation Manage work plans, priorities, dependencies, risks, and blockers Build tracking mechanisms, management reports, and KPI metrics Present project and program status updates to senior management Coordinate and drive multiple interfaces across a global, dynamic, and cross-organizational environment Promote and implement AI solutions across the organization Identify new opportunities for applying AI technologies Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in Technology Project Management, PMO, or Program Management Experience working in a global and cross-organizational environment Excellent English skills, including writing, presenting, and working with global stakeholders Proven experience working with senior executives, including Directors, VPs, and C-Level executives Experience preparing executive presentations, status reports, and reporting materials for senior management Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Information Systems, or a relevant field Ability to work independently and lead processes in an environment with multiple stakeholders and interfaces Show more Show less
