About the Company We build browser infrastructure for AI agents . We provide a real, stateful browser environment designed exclusively for autonomous agents to navigate websites, execute workflows, and interact with the web where APIs don’t exist. The platform sits underneath agentic systems as an execution layer: handling browser state, identity, reliability, isolation, and observability at scale. Humans may configure or observe, but the product itself is built for machines. This is a deeply technical platform problem, not a UI or end-user product. We’re an early-stage company backed by top-tier investors, with a founding team that is deeply hands-on in product and engineering. The Role This is our first Product Manager . You will work directly with the Co-Founder & CPO, owning core product discovery and execution . There is no existing PM layer, no polished roadmap handed to you, and no buffer between vision and delivery. Your job is to turn ambiguity into a shipped product. This is not a traditional feature PM role. You’ll be expected to understand the systems you’re building at a technical level, investigate failures hands-on, and engage with engineers on architecture and implementation trade-offs. If you need structure, guardrails, or a narrow scope, this role is not for you. What You’ll Be Responsible For Product Discovery Identify and frame the most important problems across AI builders and early customers Run user interviews, validation, and hands-on discovery Turn fuzzy signals into clear product decisions Product Definition Translate product requirements into detailed technical specifications, APIs, system behaviors, and execution flows Partner with engineering on architecture decisions, technical constraints, and system-level trade-offs Define expected system behavior across success paths, failure modes, retries, state management, and edge cases Understand how product decisions affect reliability, scalability, latency, security, and developer experience Execution Own initiatives end-to-end, from idea to production Drive prioritization, scope, and trade-offs with engineering Balance speed, quality, and long-term platform decisions Users & Feedback Work directly with developers and AI teams integrating the platform into production systems Reproduce and debug real-world failures using logs, traces, API calls, and production telemetry Distinguish product gaps from integration issues, infrastructure limitations, and underlying web/browser behavior Turn recurring technical failure patterns into product and platform improvements Decision-Making Under Uncertainty Make calls with incomplete data Run fast experiments and adjust quickly Act as a daily thought partner to the CPO Who This Is For 4+ years of product management experience, primarily working on deeply technical products Experience building developer-facing products, infrastructure, platforms, APIs, SDKs, or AI/agent systems Strong technical understanding of distributed systems, APIs, authentication, browser/web technologies, observability, and production infrastructure Comfortable reading API documentation, logs, traces, and technical specifications and using them to investigate product issues Able to reason about system architecture, dependencies, failure modes, performance, and reliability, not just features and user flows Experience working directly with engineers on technical design and architecture trade-offs Comfortable debugging technical customer issues and reproducing failures independently Strong systems thinking - you understand how components interact across an end-to-end system Bonus: prior engineering, computer science, or other hands-on technical background Bonus: hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, browser automation, Playwright/Puppeteer, or developer tooling Show more Show less
