About Roojoom and PickMyCall: At Roojoom , we’re on a mission to revolutionize how people interact with technology through advanced conversational AI. Our products are driving impressive KPIs and ROI with millions of users each day. We recently launched an exciting new product to market – an AI-powered voice assistant tailored for micro-businesses – PickMyCall — helping them work smarter, respond faster, and focus on what matters most. PickMyCall is uniquely positioned to tap a huge lucrative market and is gaining traction in the US and Europe. Your day-to-day with us will include: Own the Product Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for PickMyCall’s across web and mobile app. Set direction together with the leadership team, decide what we build next and what we deliberately do not — then go and execute. Own pricing, packaging, and plans alongside growth, and sanity-check them against real unit economics. Be our in-house expert on the market landscape: run hands-on competitor teardowns, track new entrants and positioning shifts, and stay ahead of where the AI assistant category is heading. Ship Fast, With AI in the Loop Use AI tools as your default day-to-day working method — to derive and draft specs, generate and iterate on design directions, build clickable prototypes, explore data, and pressure-test your own thinking. Communicate what to build in whatever form is fastest and clearest: a working prototype, an annotated screen, a short recording, a tight one-pager. What matters is that engineering knows exactly what to build — not that a long formal document exists. Work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering, customer success and growth every day: same thread, same decisions, no hand-offs. Analyze assistant quality — conversation design, call/chat handling, business information capture, and escalation logic and how it gets the job done! Ship in days and weeks rather than quarters, and stay accountable for what happens after release, not just for the launch. Analytics, Experimentation & Decision-Making Own the numbers: activation rate, time-to-value, trial-to-paid conversion, retention, churn, ARPU, and LTV/CAC. Get to answers yourself — dig into the analytics tools and query the data directly instead of waiting on someone else’s dashboard. Run a continuous stream of experiments across onboarding, activation, pricing, messaging, and the assistant experience itself. Size the bet, run it clean, and call the result honestly — including when your own idea loses. Make confident calls on partial data, be explicit about what you are assuming, and change course quickly when the data says you were wrong. Make sure the tracking is right in the first place, so that every step of the funnel is genuinely measurable. Talk to Real Customers Interview real micro-business owners — contractors, , salons, small service providers, garage owners. Not surveys, not proxies: actual conversations. Listen to real PickMyCall calls and read real support tickets to hear exactly where the assistant delights people and where it lets them down. Turn what you hear into sharp, specific problem statements the team can act on the same day. Put concepts in front of customers within days, while they are still cheap to change. Role Requirements: Consumer or Micro-Business Product Experience: 10+ years in product management, with real end-to-end ownership of a self-serve consumer or micro-business/SMB product on web and mobile. Small-Team Operator: You have done this inside a startup or a small autonomous team, where you were effectively the entire product function — research, spec, design partner, QA, and analyst. You are comfortable with no playbook and nobody to delegate to. AI-Native Way of Working: You already use AI tools every day to move faster — deriving specs, generating design directions and prototypes, exploring data, drafting copy. You are opinionated about which tools earn their place and quick to adopt new ones. Market Landscape Expert: You go deep on competitors rather than skimming their websites — signing up, using the product, reading the pricing, the reviews, and the funding news — and you turn that into a clear, current view of the category. You stay up to date by habit, and you are the person others come to for the definitive read on the market. Exceptional Analytical Skills: Genuinely strong with data — funnels, cohorts, retention curves, and unit economics. You can pull and shape data yourself from Claude co work Amplitude or similar tooks and can learn an unfamiliar domain from its numbers within days Decisive Under Ambiguity: Comfortable making high-quality decisions with incomplete data and no clear precedent. You can state what you believe, what would change your mind, and what you are doing in the meantime. Speed & Iteration: A track record of shipping small and often, experimenting continuously, and improving through live user feedback rather than long planning cycles. Creativity That Stands Out: You generate product and positioning ideas people have not seen before. In a crowded AI market, being five percent better is invisible — you know how to make a product feel distinctive and worth talking about. Customer Obsession: You talk to real customers regularly, by choice. You run a good interview, hear what is not being said, and know the difference between what people say and what they actually do. Product Craft & UX Judgment: Strong design sensibility and a bias toward radical simplicity. Comfortable in Figma/Claude design, able to give sharp design feedback, and happy to design something up yourself Monetization: Hands-on experience with subscription pricing, packaging, trials, freemium-to-paid conversion, and paywalls. AI & Voice Domain Interest: Experience building AI/LLM-powered products, voice or conversational interfaces, or productivity tools for small businesses is highly desirable. Ownership Mindset: Scrappy, resourceful, and allergic to hand-offs. Entrepreneurial spirit, with full responsibility for outcomes rather than for your part of a process. Communication: Excellent storytelling, written, and verbal communication skills. Fluent in English (speaking, writing, and presentation). Show more Show less
