About the Role We are looking for a Technology Project Manager to lead cross-functional technology projects with organization-wide impact. In this role, you will manage projects end-to-end, from planning and execution through implementation and delivery, while collaborating with technical and business stakeholders across the organization. Key Responsibilities Lead complex technology projects throughout the entire project lifecycle. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, risks, and success metrics. Coordinate activities across Development, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Business Units, and external vendors. Monitor project progress, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure successful delivery. Prepare project status updates and executive presentations for senior management. Facilitate decision-making and effectively manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 2–3+ years of experience managing technology projects. Proven experience working in a cross-functional, matrix environment. Strong understanding of software development, infrastructure, or enterprise systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools. Advantages Experience with Jira or similar project management tools. PMP certification or equivalent project management training.
