Join Team8 as a Bluespine-Backend/Data Engineer and drive the development and optimization of our backend data systems, enabling seamless data integration and analysis across the company. Responsibilities: Design and implement scalable backend data solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data sources. Optimize data retrieval and storage processes for performance efficiency. Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes. Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous testing and validation. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in backend development and data engineering. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala. Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Strong understanding of ETL processes and data pipeline architectures. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
