C++ Software Engineer

The office is located in Tel Aviv adjacent to the train station, operating on a hybrid model with two days working from home. Role Description- Serving as a Senior Low-Level C++ Infrastructure Engineer, reporting to the Software Team Lead and driving core engine development within a high-performance trading infrastructure squad. Designing, developing, and profiling mission-critical, ultra-low-latency core systems and real-time execution engines in Modern C++ on Linux. Architecting foundational infrastructure, memory managers, and high-throughput data pipes operating at microsecond/nanosecond latency thresholds. Tackling deep low-level engineering challenges, including kernel-bypass mechanisms, concurrency, cache optimization, and hardware acceleration interfaces. Collaborating closely with Quantitative Researchers and Algorithmic Trading specialists to translate mathematical models into production-grade, deterministic execution logic. Continuously benchmarking, diagnosing, and optimizing system bottlenecks across memory, network stacks, and CPU cycles.
