QA Engineer

The headquarters is based in a central tech hub (highly accessible, situated directly along the main transit network), operating under a hybrid model. Position Overview- QA & Automation Engineer joining an intimate quality assurance squad, reporting directly to the QA Manager. Executing end-to-end manual testing alongside dedicated technical ownership of Web automation development (comprising roughly a third of the role). Validating complex, data-heavy web applications, tracking workflows, and identifying edge cases across enterprise billing pipelines. Interfacing closely with the database layer to write queries, manipulate data records, and verify backend transaction integrity.
