Central Israel, Hybrid: 3 days in the office | 2 days from home We're hiring a Senior Data Analyst In this role, you'll take the analytical lead on a fast-growing B2C product, partnering closely with Product, Marketing, Data Science, and Business teams to drive customer acquisition, optimize performance, and support strategic growth. What you'll be doing: • Analyze customer behavior, acquisition funnels, and marketing performance. • Lead deep-dive analyses and A/B testing initiatives. • Build dashboards and visualizations that drive business decisions. • Work with large-scale datasets and modern data platforms. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to transform data into measurable business impact. • 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst. • Strong SQL skills. • Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Sisense, or similar). • Experience working with modern data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Athena,etc.). • Python for analytics and automation. • Strong business mindset and stakeholder management skills. Nice to have: • B2C or Performance Marketing experience. • ETL experience. • Experience working alongside Data Science teams. • Familiarity with Agentic AI technologies.
