Java Backend Developer #1360

Responsibilities We are looking for a Java Backend Developer to join our Backend Engineering team and contribute to the development of innovative network management solutions. In this role, you will: Design, develop, and maintain server-side components for advanced network management platforms. Collaborate closely with Product Managers, System Engineers, and Development teams to design and implement scalable solutions. Take end-to-end ownership of features and components, from design and development through testing and delivery. Analyze, optimize, and enhance existing solutions with a focus on performance, reliability, maintainability, and scalability. Research and evaluate new tools, technologies, and approaches. Participate in technical discussions, design reviews, and architectural decisions. Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and provide effective long-term solutions. Requirements B.Sc. in Computer Science or Software Engineering from a recognized academic institution. 1–5 years of hands-on Java development experience, or an exceptional recent graduate. Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and software design principles. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with evolving requirements and priorities. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within highly technical teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. High level of ownership, accountability, and self-learning ability. Advantages Familiarity with Network Management Systems (NMS) and network management protocols, particularly SNMP. Good understanding of networking concepts and protocols. Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases. Familiarity with Linux environments and scripting.
