Description The team develops internal tools in the low-level domain, primarily using C/C++ and Python. Their work is more on the backend side, bridging low-level and high-level environments, and increasingly integrating AI-powered capabilities to make these tools more efficient for engineers. They support Apple's storage products and operate at the intersection of these domains — a critical function that requires strong multitasking, context switching, and collaboration with teams both in Israel and abroad. Responsibilities Plan, design and develop complex backend features. Collaborate with diverse teams to improve and advance the product. Troubleshoot system issues, provide quick and thorough solutions. Minimum Qualifications 2+ years of software development experience. Experience & proficiency in C, C++, Python Strong Object-Oriented programming skills B.Sc/M.Sc in Computer Science or an equivalent field Preferred Qualifications Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills Proven ability to meet deadlines and drive results while juggling many priorities under tight timeframes At Apple, we believe accessibility is a fundamental human right.
