Data & AI Platforms Team Lead

We are hiring a Data & AI Platforms Team Lead for a healthcare organization located in central Israel. Responsibilities: Work with Data, Streaming, and AI platforms Provide professional and people management for a team of platform specialists Lead implementation, upgrade, and migration projects Provide architectural guidance to Data Engineering and Data Science teams Troubleshoot complex production issues, work with vendors and technology partners, and drive automation, monitoring, high availability, and advanced infrastructure initiatives Requirements: 5 years of experience implementing, maintaining, and operating Data and/or Streaming platforms 3 years of experience leading a technology team and significant experience working with Linux and Kafka / Confluent Experience working with one or more of the following platforms: Hadoop, Cloudera, Databricks, Spark, or Azure Synapse Experience working with Ansible and one of the following domains: DataOps, MLOps, or AI Platforms Experience with NiFi, Terraform, Containers, Python / PySpark, or Confluent Cloud – advantage Show more Show less
