IT & Information Systems Manager

We are looking for a passionate IT & Information Systems Manager to join our team at our Center district site We are looking for a proactive leader who can drive efficiency, support business growth, and provide a seamless technology experience for our teams. This is a key role within the company, requiring strong hands-on capabilities alongside strategic leadership, ensuring reliable, scalable systems across the organization In this role you will Build, scale, and manage the company's IT infrastructure and operations Own and optimize all company Information Systems and internal platforms Define IT processes, SLAs, and operational standards to ensure reliable service Lead the company's security posture, including policies, tools, and procedures Design and maintain Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery strategies Ensure compliance with relevant security and regulatory frameworks Improve operational efficiency through automation and system integrations Optimize internal SaaS platforms and business applications Manage IT vendors, procurement, and budget planning Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, communicating effectively with C-level stakeholders Work with external vendors to identify cost-efficient solutions without compromising on quality Support production and business-critical systems to ensure minimal downtime BSc in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent practical experience 5+ years of experience in an IT Manager / IT Lead role in a startup or high-growth environment with strong hands-on capabilities Experience with cloud infrastructure such as Azure, Microsoft 365 (all apps), AWS or equivalent Experience leading E2E security compliance frameworks (ISO 27001/27032) Experience building and scaling IT infrastructure, including VPN, switches, firewalls (Fortigate or alternatives), and group policies Experience implementing Identity & Access Management solutions (SSO, MFA, access policies) Experience with ERP systems like Priority Experience with modern endpoint management platforms (Microsoft Intune or similar) Experience with security tools and monitoring platforms (SIEM, NAC, phishing simulations, USB restrictions, etc.) Experience managing backup (such as Veam/Commvault) and data protection solutions Experience managing enterprise SaaS systems and business applications Strong experience with Windows, & Linux Ubuntu Scripting and automation capabilities (PowerShell, Bash, Python, etc.) Hebrew - fluent, English – fluent Advantages - these will bring you to our front row: Experience working in a global startup environment Experience implementing enterprise security architecture Experience integrating and automating SaaS platforms across departments *Only relevant applications will be answered
