Business Intelligence System Analyst

We are looking for a Data Systems Analyst to join a leading and professional team and play a key role in designing, defining, and driving advanced data solutions that support business decision-making and build innovative analytical capabilities across the organization. The role combines close collaboration with business and technology stakeholders, a deep understanding of complex business processes, end-to-end data solution design, and the ability to drive initiatives in modern data environments. Responsibilities Lead data analysis and requirements-gathering processes with business stakeholders and technology teams. Translate business requirements into practical, measurable, and scalable data solutions. Define Data Integration, analytical data models, and BI solutions. Create functional and technical specifications, including Source-to-Target mappings and detailed data mappings. Perform data analysis, investigation, and profiling across complex and diverse data sources. Work closely with development, QA, and implementation teams throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with multiple data sources and core systems within the insurance domain. Contribute to data and cloud modernization initiatives, innovation, and the adoption of advanced data capabilities. Help establish and promote standards, methodologies, and best practices in data systems analysis. Collaborate across business, data, technology, and analytics teams to deliver solutions that create tangible business value. Required Skills We are looking for a curious, analytical, and business-oriented professional who can see the big picture while paying attention to technical details. Someone who enjoys connecting people, data, and processes, can navigate complex environments, and is motivated by leading solutions that deliver real business impact. 3+ years of experience in Data Systems Analysis, BI/DWH, or Data Analytics. Strong and proven SQL skills. Experience defining ETL/ELT processes and creating Source-to-Target mappings. Proven experience working with business stakeholders and leading requirements-gathering and analysis processes. Strong understanding of complex business processes and systems thinking. Ability to drive tasks and initiatives across multiple stakeholders and interfaces. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
