AWS Cloud Solutions Engineer

We're looking for an experienced hands-on AWS professional for a role that combines technological depth, solution leadership, and direct work with clients. What the role includes Defining requirements, planning, and hands-on implementation of AWS solutions according to the client's business and technological needs. Building secure, stable, flexible, and cost-effective architectures - from the planning stage through to the Production environment. Working with a wide range of AWS services in Compute, Networking, Storage, Databases, Security, and Management. Planning and leading migrations of systems and environments from On-Premises to AWS, and from other clouds when needed. Working directly with clients: understanding needs, analyzing alternatives, presenting recommendations, and leading the solution through to implementation. Reviewing and improving existing environments in line with AWS Well-Architected principles. Leading projects in Observability, FinOps, Security, and Generative AI. Job requirements Practical, proven experience in planning and implementing AWS-based solutions. Experience with migrations to AWS, including planning and executing the transition process. Valid AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification (Associate or Professional). Experience in a customer-facing role and working directly with clients, with the ability to translate business needs into architecture and an actionable implementation plan. Ability to present architectural decisions and technological alternatives clearly and professionally. Good level of English, including reading documentation and professional communication in writing and speech. Significant advantage Familiarity with AWS AI and Generative AI services, with an emphasis on Amazon Bedrock and Amazon SageMaker. Experience in Observability and familiarity with AWS tools and partner solutions (ISVs), such as Amazon CloudWatch, AWS X-Ray, Grafana, and Datadog. Experience in FinOps, cost analysis, and optimization of cloud service consumption. Familiarity with information security principles and solutions on AWS, including identity and access management, data encryption, network security, and secure secrets management.
