Senior Product Manager

We are currently seeking a Senior Product Manager for Gameified, Plaee in Ramat Gan, Israel. Senior Product Manager The ideal candidate is a a hands-on designer with a killer visual sense who wants to learn fast and build real-world product experiences. You will work closely with Product and Engineering teams to translate ideas into clean, functional, and user-centric designs. Responsibilities Own and design the end-to-end product journey across B2B and B2C experiences Build and continuously improve the B2B Admin Suite, giving operators the tools and control they need to manage the platform effectively Deliver a seamless, engaging B2C experience for end-users Balance business, operator, and end-user needs when defining product decisions and priorities Own the product roadmap, priorities, and delivery from discovery through execution Translate user and business needs into clear product requirements and actionable priorities Drive cross-functional collaboration and keep stakeholders aligned throughout the product lifecycle Take full ownership of product outcomes, moving quickly from strategy to hands-on execution Make confident decisions, challenge stakeholders when needed, and keep projects moving in a fast-paced environment Work flexibly across teams and time zones when required Qualifications 6+ years of product management experience, ideally including B2B2C products Experience with product management and/or product design in regulated environments Background in Gaming, iGaming, Betting, or related products Strong understanding of product discovery, strategy, and delivery Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Strong ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and get things done Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple priorities Highly ownership-driven, with the ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on Confident making decisions, driving priorities, and holding stakeholders accountable Flexible and comfortable working across different time zones when needed Fluent in English *If you don't attach a link to your portfolio your application won't be considered* How to Apply Register to Reelu Talent community and get matched today!
