Product Manager – AI-Native Retirement Platform I’m recruiting for an AI company building a platform for regulated financial organizations that manage complex workflows, large volumes of documents, and fragmented information. The platform uses AI to manage complete business processes, from identifying missing information and validating data to performing calculations and preparing final outputs for review. We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead an AI-native product for the Retirement and TPA domain. This role is also open to candidates from development, analytics, or other technical backgrounds who demonstrate strong product thinking and customer-facing abilities. What you’ll do Own the product and its domain from end to end Learn complex customer workflows and translate them into a clear, valuable product Work directly with customers to understand their needs and present solutions Design reliable AI-driven processes, including validation and control mechanisms Clearly explain what the AI performed and why Connect technical capabilities with real business needs What you need Strong technical background in development, analytics, or a related field Natural product thinking and the ability to simplify complex problems Excellent communication skills and confidence working directly with customers Abstract thinking and the ability to break down complex processes Curiosity, fast learning, high motivation, and strong ownership Experience or hands-on work with AI Advantage Previous experience as a Product Manager Experience developing AI-based products or working on AI projects Independent technical or AI projects Show more Show less
