Description
A fast-growing Cybersecurity startup redefining enterprise Identity Security with a next-generation platform designed to simplify and protect identity access across modern cloud environments. Founded by prominent serial cyber entrepreneurs with proven market success, the company closed an exceptional Series A round of tens of millions of dollars backed by premier venture capital funds. The organization is expanding its elite R&D core team, offering direct technological impact and significant ownership within a people-centric culture that prioritizes healthy work-life balance. The office located in Tel Aviv adjacent to the train station, operating on a hybrid model with one day working from home and additional schedule flexibility. Role Description- Serving as a Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer, taking end-to-end ownership of enterprise-grade production infrastructure, cloud topologies, and developer platform tooling on AWS. Operating and hardening mission-critical Kubernetes (EKS) production clusters, managing container orchestration, networking, and cluster scalability. Driving declarative GitOps workflows and progressive delivery utilizing ArgoCD, Helm, and GitHub Actions. Architecting modular, multi-environment infrastructure as code using Terraform (module design, state management, security boundaries). Building enterprise-grade Observability and Telemetry pipelines using OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and Grafana to ensure high availability, low latency, and proactive incident response. Designing resilient, secure CI/CD pipelines supporting monorepo structures, automated validation gates, ephemeral preview environments, and safe rollbacks. Diving deep into application layers and Microservices code (Python / Go) to diagnose bottlenecks, troubleshoot production incidents, and optimize cloud infrastructure costs. Requirements- Proven hands-on production experience engineering and managing infrastructure on a major cloud provider (AWS strongly preferred / GCP / Azure) – Mandatory Extensive, in-depth Kubernetes (K8s / EKS) production operations experience (running and debugging live clusters, not just deploying workloads) – Mandatory Hands-on GitOps implementation background utilizing ArgoCD (or equivalent), Helm, and declarative delivery patterns – Mandatory Strong proficiency with Terraform (authoring custom modules, remote state management, multi-region/account layouts) – Mandatory Proven experience building CI/CD pipelines at scale with safe deployment practices (progressive rollouts, automated verification gates, fast rollbacks) – Mandatory Deep understanding of modern Observability stacks (Metrics, Traces, Logs via OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.) – Mandatory Practical scripting and programming capabilities in Python or Go, with willingness to dive into application services to solve production issues – Mandatory Strong end-to-end ownership mindset with the ability to debug across diverse system and network layers – Mandatory Show more Show less
