Full Stack Developer ( NET & Angular)

CodeValue is looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join a large-scale, mission-critical project delivered by CodeValue for a leading Israeli government organization. You will be part of a professional development team working on a modern digital system, combining backend and frontend technologies, cloud infrastructure, containers, and AI capabilities. What You'll Do Design, develop, and maintain complex software systems. Develop backend services using ASP.NET Core 8 and C#. Develop modern frontend applications using Angular 18. Work with Angular Material, Signals, and RxJS. Develop and optimize solutions based on SQL Server. Work with Elasticsearch in large-scale environments. Develop and deploy containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes. Work with cloud environments and modern development infrastructure. Work with AI tools and Large Language Models (LLMs) as part of the development process. Collaborate with developers and other professional teams in a large-scale environment. Use configuration and source-control tools such as Git and Azure DevOps. Contribute to the design, development, and improvement of mission-critical systems. .NET Development: At least 5 years of experience in .NET development, including at least 3 years of hands-on experience with .NET Core. Angular: At least 4 years of experience with Angular 2+. REST Web API: At least 5 years of experience developing Web APIs using the REST protocol. Microservices: At least 2 years of hands-on experience working with Microservices architecture. Responsive Web Design: At least 2 years of experience developing responsive web applications. DevOps: At least 1 year of experience working with DevOps practices and tools. MongoDB: Hands-on experience working with MongoDB. Cloud: Hands-on experience working with cloud environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies. Additional Information The position is based in Jerusalem. The role is part of a CodeValue project for a government organization. The position requires the use of a smartphone/tablet, WhatsApp, and designated internal applications as part of the role.
