A leading company specializing in the development of Power Supplies and Networking Products for the Defense Industry. We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end technological projects. Job Description: Full responsibility for managing and overseeing projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to customer delivery. Plan, manage, and control work plans and schedules. Lead projects in a dynamic, cross-functional technological environment. Conduct risk management activities, identify bottlenecks, and implement effective solutions to ensure project progress. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders: including Engineering, R&D, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Quality. Lead and monitor procurement and supply processes during the development phase, ensuring coordination across all parties. Track milestones and tasks, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. Maintain continuous communication with customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management or a related field – mandatory. At least 2 years of experience in project management or PMO within hardware, electronics, or multidisciplinary systems – mandatory. Experience in a manufacturing company and/or the defense industry – mandatory. High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and MS Project – mandatory.
