Technical project manager

We are looking for At our Netanya site, we are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join the Smart Sensing Group in C4I and Cyber. You will drive mission‑critical, multidisciplinary projects that combine complex software and advanced algorithms, translating operational needs into real impact in a dynamic defense environment. If you enjoy end‑to‑end ownership, system thinking and working closely with cross‑functional teams — join us In this role you will Own all system engineering activities across the project lifecycle Analyze customer needs and translate them into clear engineering Requirements Work with development teams to design complex system architecture Prepare and participate in requirements and design reviews with stakeholders Serve as Product Owner in agile teams responsible for developing and testing software products Lead integration and testing of software and hardware, including hands‑on technical work Deploy solutions at customer sites Requirements BSc in Software Engineering or Computer Science At least 3 years of experience in software development Experience in software project management or software system engineering Experience with Agile methodology - advantage High proficiency in English and Hebrew, spoken and written Willingness to travel abroad Strong leadership in a matrix environment, excellent communication skills and system thinking Only relevant applications will be answered #Netanya Show more Show less
