Systems Analyst & Product Owner

Menora Mivtachim is looking for an experienced Systems Analyst & Product Owner to lead strategic digital initiatives across customer experience and sales platforms. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who knows how to take complex business needs, turn them into clear and accurate system specifications, connect business stakeholders with R&D teams, and drive initiatives from idea to implementation. You’ll work with a high level of ownership and professional independence, while using AI tools as a practical part of your day-to-day work to improve analysis quality, documentation accuracy, and delivery speed. What you’ll be doing: • Work closely with internal business stakeholders and R&D teams to gather, analyze, and define business and technical requirements • Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications across Web, Mobile, Portals, REST APIs, and system integrations • Create comprehensive specification documents, including decision tables, ERDs, sequence diagrams, and decision trees • Define APIs and document end-to-end data flows between systems • Own and manage the product backlog, including User Stories, Epics, prioritization, and scope management • Lead technology projects end-to-end, from planning and analysis through implementation • Collaborate with Product Managers, developers, architects, designers, and business stakeholders • Define, measure, and monitor digital KPIs • Build analytical dashboards that support data-driven decision-making • Use AI tools regularly to improve requirements analysis, documentation, research, accuracy, and overall efficiency • Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence What we’re looking for: • 3+ years of experience in systems analysis across Web, Mobile, Portals, and REST APIs • Proven experience managing backlogs and writing User Stories and Epics • At least 1 year of experience working in Agile environments — Scrum and/or Kanban • Strong understanding of XML and JSON data structures • Good understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases • Experience with system integrations and API-based architectures • Familiarity with agent onboarding processes, CRM systems, and agent-facing channels • Hands-on experience using AI tools as part of ongoing professional workflows — not just theoretical knowledge Nice to have: • Experience with monitoring and analytics tools such as Kibana or similar platforms • Understanding of UX/UI principles and experience working with design teams • Familiarity with product management methodologies and processes This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, connecting business and technology, owning processes end-to-end, and finding smarter ways to work with AI.
