Minimum qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience. 12 years of experience in software development using various programming languages, algorithms, and data structures. 5 years of experience creating developer tools (such as automated systems or compilers) to enhance code health, quality, and velocity. 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
