תיאור
An established, highly stable hardware technology company operating for a decade, specializing in advanced communication platforms engineered for mission-critical terrestrial data, video, and audio transmission. The company develops robust, high-reliability electro-mechanical communication hardware and systems, serving premier aerospace and defense corporations alongside global industrial accounts. Operating with a compact, elite engineering hub of around 25 professionals (majority R&D), the firm combines long-term commercial robustness with hands-on multidisciplinary engineering challenges across the entire product lifecycle. The office is located in the Central-South area adjacent to the train station. Role Description- Serving as an NPI & Product / Manufacturing Engineer, leading the transition of complex electro-mechanical communication hardware from early R&D phases into high-volume manufacturing (HVM). Taking end-to-end engineering ownership over product documentation, configuration management, BOM structuring, and the execution of ECO/ECN processes within PDM systems. Driving rigorous DFM, DFA, and DFT (Design for Manufacturing/Assembly/Test) reviews to ensure product manufacturability, cost efficiency, and test coverage. Establishing, ramping up, and optimizing manufacturing lines and test benches in close collaboration with Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) and turnkey suppliers. Conducting deep-dive root cause analysis (RCA), failure investigations, and implementing continuous yield and process improvements. Managing component obsolescence (EOL mitigation), identifying alternative components (second sourcing), and executing ongoing cost-reduction activities for PCBA and mechanical sub-assemblies. Requirements- B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics – Mandatory 3+ years of proven hands-on experience in NPI, Product Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering – Mandatory Demonstrated track record transferring complex multidisciplinary electro-mechanical systems from R&D to mass production (HVM) – Mandatory In-depth practical experience managing BOMs, PDM workflows, ECO/ECN change control, and engineering documentation – Mandatory Proven hands-on background in DFM, DFA, DFT methodologies and production line ramp-up – Mandatory Strong practical familiarity with electronic components, PCBA manufacturing, cabling harnesses, and mechanical assemblies – Mandatory Proven track record working directly with EMS contractors, subcontractors, and component vendors – Mandatory Strong analytical troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and production yield optimization capabilities – Mandatory Experience handling EOL components, second sourcing, and bill-of-materials cost optimization – Mandatory Show more Show less
