Business Project Manager

The Airborne Systems Plant within ELTA is looking for a Business Project Manager to lead complex, multidisciplinary projects from contract signing through final delivery to the customer. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and lead all project phases, including planning, execution, monitoring, and control, from contract signing through customer delivery. • Lead and manage trials and project reviews in Israel and abroad. • Manage subcontractors on an ongoing basis. • Maintain ongoing business and system-level relationships with customers. • Take an active management role in decision-making across all project aspects, including technical, organizational, professional, financial, and marketing considerations. • Provide matrix leadership across relevant disciplines, including systems engineering, software, mechanics, and hardware. This position offers the opportunity to undergo Systems Engineering training as part of the role. What We’re Looking For • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Exact Sciences, required . • At least 3 years of experience managing complex, multidisciplinary projects, required . • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and interfaces, required . • Master’s degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering & Management, an advantage. • Experience with projects involving airborne platforms, an advantage. • Good command of English, both written and spoken. • Willingness to travel abroad. • Strong ability to lead and motivate others and work effectively as part of a team.
