DevOps Lead | Leading Company (5486)

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on DevOps Lead to lead our DevOps and Developer Experience (DevX) team. This is a unique opportunity to combine technical leadership, team management, and hands-on engineering while driving AI-powered SDLC transformation, enhancing developer productivity, and modernizing enterprise DevOps platforms and engineering practices. Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of DevOps and Platform Engineers. Drive AI-powered SDLC initiatives and integrate tools such as GitHub Copilot and Cursor. Design and improve Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs), CI/CD pipelines, and automation. Provide hands-on technical leadership through architecture, coding, and PoCs. Collaborate with Engineering Managers, Architects, and Product teams to enhance developer productivity. Requirements 3+ years of experience leading DevOps, DevX, Platform Engineering, or Software Development teams. Hands-on development experience with Java, Python, or Node.js. Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, and Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Langflow, Agno). Strong experience with Kubernetes, Argo CD, Terraform, Jenkins, and/or GitHub Actions. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with GCP and Vertex AI. Experience with Microsoft Foundry and Microsoft 365 Agents. Experience building Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs). Knowledge of PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and MongoDB. Show more Show less
