AI & Software Engineer

A Bit About The Role: • Design, develop, and maintain the Enterprise AI Platform, enabling secure, scalable, and efficient adoption of AI solutions across the company. • Build foundational frameworks, services, AI agents, orchestration pipelines, and integration layers that support rapid adoption of Generative AI technologies. • Lead end-to-end development of cross-organizational GenAI solutions, from requirements and architecture through development and production deployment. • Collaborate closely with AI engineers, data scientists, product stakeholders, and business and engineering teams to deliver impactful AI solutions that improve productivity, insights, and decision-making. • Coordinate priorities, work plans, milestones, and delivery timelines while promoting engineering excellence, ownership, knowledge sharing, and continuous exploration of emerging GenAI capabilities. What We're Looking For? • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field – must. • 3+ years of experience building production-grade software systems, with strong Python skills and experience working in Linux environments – must. • Experience working with cloud environments, specifically Azure, along with familiarity with on-prem deployments – must. • Proven technical leadership or Lead Engineer experience, including planning, milestones, coordination, and delivery – must. • Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies, including LLMs, AI agents and multi-agent systems, RAG, MCP, and agent orchestration – must. • Hands-on experience with Microsoft GenAI platforms such as Foundry, Copilot 365, and Copilot Studio – advantage, alongside excellent collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills.
